Ingredients
extra virgin olive oil
1small onion
2clovesgarlicfinely chopped
1tbspparsley finely chopped
2-3anchovy filetschopped
1tbsptomato paste
250gramscherry tomatoeshalved
75mlwhite wine
300gramsdried spaghetti
4x115 gramtins of sardines
salt and pepperto taste
parsley to garnish
Instructions
Cook spaghetti for 2 minutes less than the packet instructions and reserve a ladleful of pasta water.
