Pigs in Blankets
Ingredients
- 12 Chipolatas or other small sausages aim for 2 per person
- 6 rashers of streaky smoked bacon or one rasher for every 2 Chipolatas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Slice each bacon rasher in half lengthways.
- Wrap each Chipolata in bacon and place them on a baking tray.
- Cook the Pigs in Blankets in the oven for about 30’minutes (or until golden brown), turning after 15 minutes.
